Drilling

Our teams are composed of experienced professionals in both Onshore and Offshore drilling. Our technical staff consists of:

    • Working at Height

    Rope access technicians, IRATA certified (or compatible), working in refinery and petrochemical plants, drill rig and oil and gas floating production units.

    Assembly, construction, maintenance and repair:

  • Electrical - Rope Access Technician;
  • Mechanic - Rope Access Technician;
  • Welder - Rope Access Technician;
  • Inspector - Rope Access Technician;
  • Painter - Rope Access Technician.

    • Inspection:

  • Ultrasonic thickness measurement;
  • Ultrasonic weld inspection;
  • Magnetic particle inspection;
  • Penetrant testing;
  • Coating inspection;
  • Visual inspection.

    • Pull-In / Pull-Out - FPSO Hook-Up

    Hook-up, Pull-in and Pull-out, are activities performed by highly skilled teams, with experience in the brazilian ultra deep offshore, in many FPSOs. Those activities are performed in the FPSO deck, onboard PLSV and AHTS, as well as underwater by air dive teams.

  • Deck Supervisor;
  • Winch operator;
  • Deck operator;
  • Diver.

    • Cargo Handling - Heavy Cargo Lifting

    Certified staff, able to handle and lift heavy cargo, onshore and offshore:

  • Operations Supervisor;
  • Crane operator;
  • Winch operator;
  • Forklift operator.

    Construction and Pipeline Maintenance

    Activities carried out in offshore and onshore environments through competent teams in construction, welding, welding inspection and cargo handling.

  • Pipeline inspections;
  • Cut, weld and repair of damaged pipes;
  • Valves, spool and flange substitution;
  • Cold welding in ATEX and explosive atmosphere;
  • Leak repair using composite material.
